John is a life long Hoosier who grew up in Muncie, graduated from Ball State University. and currently resides in Fishers. John started his professional career in the commercial construction industry as a project manager learning the importance of team work, time management, and goal completion with emphasis on budgets and customer satisfaction being paramount. After years of working in a team environment, he has now owned several companies and helped start and mentor individuals to pursue their own companies. John also owns and manages several income properties in Marion and surrounding counties and is continuously looking to add more. In the past 7 years, John has been an active real estate broker and investor working with clients to locate and build their real estate portfolios with outstanding properties. John’s goals are to expand his real estate experience to focus on the buying and selling on the retail, commercial, and investment markets. When he is not buying or selling properties, you can find him enjoying time with his wife and 2 children and tournament fishing.

Sandy is a native of Muncie, Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. Sandy joined Team Everlane in 2018 and brings an organized, detail-oriented approach to managing the day-to-day operations in the Everlane office.
Outside of work and family, she enjoys traveling, home improvement projects and outdoor activities!
